Each client facility is matrixed to include job specific training modules required at each job post such as First Aid, CPR and AED training.

To hire and retain a quality security staff which is appropriate to your facility and which will meet your performance expectations requires a market competitive wage. The exact level of this wage scale will be a function of local labor market conditions, the job responsibilities to be assigned, and the client’s stated skill level and performance standards. Cauley Security Services will impose a very modest mark-up to this remuneration package.
