Training

Better-educated security officers will provide superior service to our valued customers and earn the respect of client employees with whom they interact on a daily basis. The following components make up this on-going training program:

• Extensive classroom training and testing provided to all new security officers upon hire.
• A library of $45,000 worth of professionally produced security training films.
• The complete PSTN base security officer training series.
• Cauley office created films, which review Cauley Security Services’ General Rules & Regulations Handbook.
• Coastal Video films which review Cauley Security Services’ Sexual Harassment and EEO Policy statements
• Extensive On-Site Training with Cauley site supervisors and shift supervisors, followed by appropriate testing. This training will generally consist of 16 to 32 hours, but can be extended up to several weeks on a client-billed basis.
• A detailed Site Security Manual created in partnership with our clients and updated on an ongoing basis.
• Regularly scheduled security guard training sessions of approximately 3-4 hours in duration. These training sessions are conducted several times per year.
• ”What-if” training sessions conducted by Cauley Security Services off-hour road supervisors.
